Ratnakar Bank outsources ATM deployment to AGS Transact

Ratnakar Bank has signed an agreement with AGS Transact Technologies, one of the leading system integrators in the business of touch-point transformations for deploying 250 ATMs under the outsourcing model. Under this agreement, AGS will deploy ATMs and all related equipments such as UPS, ACs and so on as well as maintain the ATMs and ATM sites.

Speaking on the arrangement, Ritesh Pai, head - drect banking channels, Ratnakar Bank said, “The ATM deployment is a part of Ratnakar Bank’s plan towards aggressive expansion in the country. We have been looking for a strategic partner to help us with this objective. AGS Transact Technologies’ expertise in ATM management will help us in gaining a strong foothold and increasing our network of ATMs.
