Real estate services firm enters Hyd

Vestian Global Workplace Services, a subsidiary of Chicago-headquartered Vestian Group, will invest Rs 1,050 crore in India over the next 12-18 months. It would invest a total of Rs 1,500 crore for expansion of its services in India and China, said Shrinivas Rao, CEO(Asia-Pacific), Vestian. Of this, Rs 1,050 crore would be in India and Rs 450 crore in China. Rao today launched the company integrated real estate services here. Vestian offers project, strategic and transaction advisory services across the real estate spectrum.
