Realtor Ample Group to invest Rs 350 cr in three projects

Lucknow-based realtor Ample Group today announced to invest Rs 350 crore in its three residential and commercial projects here.

The projects have been launched on Dewa, Rae Bareli and Faizabad roads, which are fast emerging as realty hot spots.

The company has acquired nearly 155 acres of land from farmers and completed all formalities for conversion of land to group housing and commercial projects, company's chairman Sukesh Rajan told Business Standard here.

While, Rae Bareli and Faizabad road projects pertain to high rise group housing (apartments), the Deva road project would offer residential plots and row houses for sale.

Ample Group is targetting the middle income group with most properties on offer for the affordable segment customers.

The company would develop 13 residential/commercial blocks in these projects, besides 900 residential plots and 800 row houses (independent bungalows). The flats would range from 1 to 3 BHK and studio apartments.

In next phases, the Ample Group would expand its footprint in other places as well, he added.
