Red Chillies entertainment, the production house promoted by Shah Rukh Khan (SRK) and his wife Gauri Khan, has entrusted the worldwide distribution of its Diwali release, Happy New Year, to Yash Raj Films.
Happy New Year is directed by Farah Khan and stars Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan,Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah. This is Padukone's and SRK's third outing after Om Dhanti Om (also directed by Farah Khan) and 2013's blockbuster Chennai Express.
Happy New Year will have music composed by Vishal and Shekhar and is is produced by Red Chillies Entertainments Pvt Ltd. The film will release simultaneously all over the world in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
