RIL to announce Q4 results on April 20

The company to consider and recommend dividend on equity shares

Reliance Industries (RIL) will announce its fourth quarter earnings and recommend dividend, if any, on April 20.

In a Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) filing today, RIL said: "The board of the company will meet on April 20, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2012 and to consider and recommend dividend on equity shares."

RIL had reported a 13.6% year-on-year fall in October-December quarter net profit.

Shares of the company today closed with 1.36% gains at Rs 742.90 on the BSE.
