Royal Enfield reports 59% sales growth in August

Company's export up by 45.6%

Royal Enfield has reported 59% growth in sales during the month of August at 42,360 units as compared to 26,643 units, during the same month last year.

Domestic sales rose by 59% to 41,600 units from 26,121 units, while exports rose by 45.6% to 760 units from 522 units.

Total sales till August rose by 47% to 282577 units from 192356, a year ago. While domestic sales were up by 47% to 276,299 units from 187,943 units, exports rose by 42.3% to 6,278 units from 4,413 units, a year ago.
