Textile major S Kumars Nationwide (SKNL) today reported a 19.34% growth in consolidated net profit for fiscal 2011-12 at Rs 394.9 crore against Rs 330.9 crore in the previous year.
Its net revenue stood at Rs 6,364.3 crore, up 21.85% over Rs 5,222.9 crore in 2010-11, the company said in a statement.
The company has not shared separate numbers for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.
"SKNL has reported substantial improvement in revenues and delivered enhanced margins despite a difficult macroeconomic environment.
"This is testimony to our brand strength and operating efficiencies which has enabled the company to deliver superior returns in varied environments," the company Vice-Chairman and Managing Director Nitin Kasliwal said.
