Aon Hewitt, the global talent, retirement and health business of Aon Plc today announced two organizational changes at Aon Hewitt Consulting in India.

As part of a planned leadership transition, Sandeep Chaudhary has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer for Aon Hewitt Consulting in India. Anand Shankar, who has served as CEO of Aon Hewitt Consulting India since 2011, will transition the role to Chaudhary during the next 4 months before returning to Singapore to take up a regional leadership role with Aon Hewitt.

Prior to be appointed CEO, Sandeep Chaudhary was a Partner and the Head of the Performance, Rewards & Talent Practice with Aon Hewitt. He has been with the firm for over 13 years and was instrumental in building and sustaining Aon Hewitt’s leadership position in talent solutions.
 
Anandorup (Andy) Ghose has been appointed the Performance, Rewards & Talent Practice Leader for India. Andy has been with the firm for over 10 years working closely with Sandeep to build the Rewards practice as well as successfully developing Aon Hewitt’s Executive Compensation and Board Governance practice.
