Sejal Architectural to raise Rs 220 cr via warrants, QIP

Sejal Architectural Glass today said it will raise Rs 220 crore by issuing warrants and alloting shares to institutional buyers.

The shareholders have approved issuing 5,00,000 warrants at Rs 40 a piece to two promoters, aggregating to Rs 20 crore, Sejal Architectural Glass said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Further, the company would raise Rs 200 crore by issuing shares to the qualified institutional buyers, the filing added.

Shares of Sejal Architectural Glass were trading at Rs 53.95 on the BSE, down 1.01 per cent from previous close.
