Cellphone maker Spice Mobiles today said its six directors have resigned from its board.
Six directors -- RN Bansal, RK Pandey, Subramanian Murali, Kunal Ahooja, HM Dahya and Vivek Bali -- have resigned from the company's board, Spice Mobiles said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The company's board, which met on April 24, has approved the change in constitution of the board, it further said.
The firm, however, did not mention any reason behind the resignations.
Post resignation, reconstituted board includes, Bhupender Kumar Modi as Chairman, Dilip Modi (MD), Preeti Malhotra (ED), three independent directors -- Krishan Lal Singh, Kashi Nath Memani and Subroto Chattopadhyay.
