Sudhir Chaturvedi quits as COO of NIIT Technologies

He led its financial services business in the US, had joined NIIT Tech in August 2013

Sudhir Chaturvedi, chief operating officer of mid-tier IT services firm NIIT Technologies has quit, the company said on Tuesday.

A former executive of Infosys, who led its financial services business in the US, had joined NIIT Tech in August 2013 to focus on global sales and delivery.

NIIT Technologies in a notification to the stock exchanges said Chaturvedi is pursuing outside opportunities and would work with the company till September 9.
