Swajas Air Charters has fixed the price band at Rs 90-100 per share for the Rs 37.5-crore initial public offer, which opens on Monday.
"The company proposes to enter the capital markets on September 26 with a public issue ... Has fixed the price band at Rs 90 to Rs 100 per equity share of Rs 10 each," Swajas Air Charters said in a statement.
The issue will close on September 28.
The company proposes to utilise the net proceeds of the issue to part finance the fleet expansion, finance the setting up of MRO/Hangar facility, finance the purchase of office building/space, meet the working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
Aryaman Financial Services is the sole book running lead manager for the issue.
