Tata Capital appoints new head of Investment Banking

Tata Capital today announced the appointment of J Niranjan as its Head of investment banking.        

Niranjan has spent over 17 years in investment banking and his career encompasses wide experience over all aspects of investment banking in the country, a press release issued here stated.        

Prior to joining Tata Capital, Niranjan was the Managing Director and Co-Head of investment banking at CLSA India.        

He has also spent over 15 years at ICICI Securities where his last assignment was heading the investment banking division.        

Tata Capital's investment banking arm will offer a full-spectrum of services that encompasses equity capital markets, debt capital markets and M&A advisory.
