The company has signed an agreement for installing 30 MW in Rajasthan, of which 21 MW has been commissioned.
With this, the total power generation capacity of Tata Power stands at 8,521 MW, it said in a statement.

Tata Power has an operating capacity of 397 MW in wind power which is spread across five states- Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Karnataka.
Its South Africa JV with Exxaro called Cennergi has been shortlisted as preferred bidder for two wind projects of 234 MW, including 139 MW Amakhala and 95 MW Tsitsikamma projects.
"Its our endeavour to have 20-25 per cent of our total generation capacity from clean energy sources. Wind energy is an important part of our renewable energy portfolio and we aim to add 150-200 MW annually. Through this project, we have now made a foray into Rajasthan," company's Managing Director Anil Sardana said.
