In order to reach the continental level, each company was required to be certified as the top employer in at least five European countries. TCS was adjudged a top employer in Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and the UK.

The CRF Institute survey also recognised TCS’ contribution in the categories related to outstanding working conditions, training and development, career development, cultural management and company culture.

“TCS was assessed for the first time at the continental level. Based on the outstanding conditions they create for their staff, they conclusively showed a remarkable performance in our research. They are not only a great employer for their staff, but also set an example for other employers around the world.” said David Plink CEO, CRF Institute.
