Three more join Satyam board

The government today appointed three more directors to the new board of crisis-ridden Satyam Computer Services, the Corporate Affairs Minister Prem Chand Gupta said.

The minister said the three new directors were Tarun Das, Chief Mentor, Confederation of Indian Industry, T N Manoharan, Past President, ICAI, and S Balakrishnan of Life Insurance Corp of India.

Earlier on Sunday, the government appointed three directors including HDFC chief Deepak Parekh, former president of Nasscom Kiran Karnik and former member of Sebi C Achuthan to the newly constituted board.
