Kitchen appliances maker TTK Prestige today posted an over two-fold jump in its profit after tax (PAT) at Rs 16.03 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2010 over the same period last fiscal.
"Post tax profit was Rs 16.03 crore registering a growth of 117 per cent over last year's post tax profit of Rs 7.39 crore," the company said in a statement.
During the quarter, the company registered an over 47 per cent growth to Rs 147.78 crore from Rs 100.8 crore in the corresponding quarter previous fiscal.
"The company also registered a volume growth of more than 40 per cent across its product categories as compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year," it added.
