TV Today Network today reported an increase of 34.46% in standalone net profit at Rs 20.64 crore for the third quarter ended December 31.
The company had posted a standalone net profit of Rs 15.35 crore during the same period of the previous fiscal, TV Today Network said in a filing to the BSE.
TV Today total income increased to Rs 111.42 crore in the October-December quarter this fiscal as against Rs 90.43 crore of the same period a year ago.

Revenues from TV broadcasting increased to Rs 107.05 crore in the quarter under review as against Rs 87.96 in the same quarter in the previous fiscal.
TV Today's revenue from FM radio broadcasting in Q3 was Rs 4.36 crore as against Rs 2.46 crore in same quarter of the previous fiscal.
The company's shares closed 1.40% higher at Rs 108.65 apiece on the BSE.
