Two directors quit

IVRCL Infrastructures and Projects Limited has announced two directors "� R K Mandirutta and K D Baheti "� resigned from the board in accordance with the understanding reached between the promoters and the investors namely Citicorp International Finance Corporation and Chryscapital II, LLC.

The move is part of the reconstitution of the board. The company also informed that Ramesh D Shah has vacated the office of director on the board with effect from May 31, 2004.
