Unichem Laboratories today said its net profit dipped by 4.45% to Rs 24.46 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2011.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 25.60 crore in the quarter ended December 31, 2010, Unichem Laboratories said in a statement.
Total income of the company stood at Rs 222.62 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2011 as against Rs 197.10 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2010, it added.
The total income of the firm was driven by revenues outside India, Unichem said.
Shares of Unichem Laboratories were today trading at Rs 143.30 in the after noon trade on BSE, down 3.18% from its previous close.
