FMCG major Unilever may appoint Jean-Marc Huet of pharmaceutical firm Bristol-Myers Squibb as chief financial officer (CFO) of the company, says a media report.

Unilever was expected last night to announce the appointment of Huet as its CFO, 'The Times' reported today.

He is expected to replace James Lawrence, who last week announced that he was leaving Unilever, the maker of popular brands like Dove and Persil.

Earlier, Huet had served BMS for less than two years as CFO. Before joining the pharma group, he was also CFO for Royal Numico, the Dutch baby food company.
