United Spirits promoters pledge 32.82% stake
Liquor manufacturer United Spirits today said its promoters have pledged 32.82 per cent stake in the company for an undisclosed amount.
In a disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange, United Spirits said its promoters have pledged over 3.28 crore shares representing 32.82 per cent stake in the company.
The promoter group comprises Vijay Mallya, United Breweries (Holdings), Kingfisher Finvest India, Mallya Private, Devi Investments, Vittal Investments and Rossi & Associates Private, the filing added.
Shares of United Spirits were trading at Rs 596.40, up 2.90 per cent on the BSE.
