Vistara has appointed Sanjiv Kapoor as its chief strategy and commercial officer.
Kapoor, who quit as chief operating officer of SpiceJet, will take charge from February.
He replaces G M Toh, who will return to Singapore Airlines. Toh was Singapore Airlines general manager in India before being taking over the role of chief commercial of Vistara in November 2013.
