Wave Group, the promoter of Delhi Waveriders hockey team, has signed Fastrax as the food partner and TK Sports India as the official kit partner for the upcoming Hockey India League (HIL) that starts from January 14.
Fastrax would offer free tickets to the buyers of its new food combo pack named after the hockey team. Besides, it will sell tickets at all its 20 outlets in Delhi.
Wave Group has spent about Rs 3.5 crore in acquiring players for the Delhi Waveriders hockey team, including Indian captain Sardar Singh for Rs 42.5 lakh.
Founded by S Kulwant Singh Chada, Wave Group has interests in the fields of sugar, liquor distilling and brewing, paper manufacturing, food, retail, entertainment and real estate.
