| B K Goenka, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Welspun, said TMK group would shift its large dimensional pipe business with capacity of 500,000 tonne to the new company. Welspun will have the responsibility to install a 500,000 tonne of longitudinal plant in the company. The installation would cost around $150 million to Welspun. |
| With the JV, Welspun targets to have a revenue of Rs 4,000 crore in 2008 against last year's Rs 1700 crore, he said. |
