Riding on increased revenue growth from emerging markets such as India, Japan and South Africa, Pune-based IT and BPO services provider Zensar Technologies posted a 25 per cent growth in net profit at Rs 21.54 crore during the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2008, compared with Rs 17.21 crore in the corresponding previous quarter.
Revenues were up 16.48 per cent at Rs 204 crore compared with Rs 175.13 crore during corresponding previous quarter. Sequentially, net profit jumped 43.4 per cent from Rs 15.02 crore in the quarter ended December 2007, and revenues grew by 2 per cent from Rs 199.89 crore in the same period.
