Zensar Technologies today said it is 'particularly pleased' with their private cloud transition business, and expects it to lead the way for its plans to grow in double digits.

The software provider said that it won deals worth Rs 100 crore in the last few weeks. “Orders are healthy across infrastructure and applications businesses,” the company said. It claims that order pipeline across all markets is valued at around $300 million (Rs 1,788 crore). Orders relating healthy infrastructure and applications businesses.

“After our transition from Akibia to fully integrated multi-shore business, we have seen tremendous uptick in customer demand for our new services,” said Vivek Gupta, chief executive of Zensar's infrastructure business unit. Akibia was acquired by Zensar in November 2010, and was rembranded earlier this year to Zensar Technologies.

Amongst the deals it won are infrastructure management of third party maintenance for a US-based telecom giant, and that of a top direct selling specialty company which does business through mail order. “These are significant multi-million Dollar deal wins in the infrastructure management space,” the company said in a press release.

It also won deals in the applications space from a South Korean conglomerate to develop mobile applications, a package deal from a mining company in South Africa, and also bagged an order from a food processor in the Middle East.
