Zensar Technologies bags digital transformation deal from Avis Fleet

Zensar will leverage its digital technology skills and expertise to enable Avis Fleet in improving overall customer experience and visible enhancement in quality of service

RPG Group's IT firm Zensar Technologies, has secured a digital transformation project from South Africa's taxi fleet management company Avis Fleet. 

The project would be spread over a time-period of two years and it involves adding scalability and agility to the company's strategic technology roadmap, Zensar said. Zensar will leverage its digital technology skills and expertise to enable Avis Fleet in improving overall customer experience and visible enhancement in the quality of service.

The overall implementation of this project is divided into two phases and will focus on enhancing the varied technology platforms and integration of digital technologies like Agile and DevOps in building a strategic IT framework.

Earlier in May this year, Zensar has partnered with another South African firm NetFlorist to streamline its end to end back end logistics processes.
