The committee is constituted following Supreme Court orders.
A bench comprising Chief Justice Ajay Manikrao Khanwilkar and Justice K K Trivedi has asked the government to comply the order by April 29 this year.
Two non-government organisations (NGOs), Bhopal Gas Peedit Mahila Udyog Sangthan and Bhopal Group for Information and Action had filed a petition and urged the court to order the government to comply with the 20 directives issued by the Supreme Court in this regard.
The supreme court had ordered the government to computerized all hospitals where Bhopal gas survivours are receiving treatment.
The NGOs had said in their plea that state government had done nothing in this regard as a result the monitoring committee chairman justice V K Agrawal had resigned. The monitoring committee, the court also ordered, should get all necessary administrative facilities.
