Army chief General V K Singh on Tuesday handed over to the CBI his much talked about complaint along with some documents on the alleged bribery offer made to him by a retired Army officer to clear the supply of a tranche of sub-standard vehicles to the force. Sources in the CBI said agency is seeking legal opinion from the Attorney General on the contents of the complaint and a decision on further action would be taken on Wednesday after his comments are received.
