Startup Village-Kochi partners Getit Infomedia

The partnership with Getit will help the startups explore the market and gain access to different business verticals

Startup Village, Kochi has teamed up with digital information service provider Getit Infomedia to provide technical and marketing support to startups.

As part of the partnership, Getit has launched a 'ScaleIQ Innovation Zone' at Startup Village in Kalamassery that will provide unlimited market access and mentoring to the startups.

"With Startup village attracting applications from across the country, the scale of operations at the village now provides leading technology companies a single window access to talent. We are happy to have Getit on board," said Sanjay Vijayakumar, chairman, Startup Village.

The partnership with Getit will help the startups gain access to different business verticals.

Jaspreet Bindra, chief executive officer, Getit Infomedia, said they would initially select 15 startups from a list of 100. It will help the companies gain market access through its network of consumers and business houses, he said.

Besides, Getit will provide the innovation zone with equipment including two Apple desktop computers, two Apple laptops and one high quality printer.

Getit currently operates out of more than 100 cities in India with more than 1,000 Feet on Street (FOS) catering to the need of the local SMEs and consumers.
