Increasing globalisation, liberty of choosing varied career paths and growth in the financial sector has lead India to develop countless opportunities especially for the youth existing in the current scenario. Perfection is the basic necessity and hiring freshers challenges this statement itself. Recruiters are going through a tough time in selecting the correct resumes that will suit their job requirements and fulfil their desired targets.

Lack of experience is amongst the major cause for freshers in acquiring job security. Judging the students merely on their credentials is not enough and results in failure for them to qualify in multiple rounds of selections hampering their self-confidence as well as self-esteem.

This forms a vicious circle as lack of experience results in stealing the opportunity from freshers for proving and establishing themselves in the market hence they struggle to gain maximum experience to further mould their career paths.

These are the few reasons which give an insight into why freshers should be hired:

They portray maximum enthusiasm and have the willingness to learn and adapt to a completely new foreign environment in a short span of time with equal ease.

Freshers come up with out of the box ideas and possess interesting perspectives that can help the firm to generate high revenue and further prove to be beneficial for the firm.

Another advantage of hiring freshers is that they are always in sync with the latest upcoming technologies that surpass the old techniques which are slowly getting dissolved in this competitive world. Being updated and being tech savvy goes hand in hand for the company to achieve their targets before deadlines and improve the efficiency and quality of work.

Freshers who have recently completed their graduation not only have a great amount of potential but also the zeal to accept challenges and work according to the firm’s required standard.

Every individual deserves a chance to prove their worth as that is the sole medium to showcase one’s talent and being judgmental can lead to loss of an honest and capable employee. This vicious circle will only end if we show the willingness to accept fresh and enthusiastic individuals who can prove to be profitable for a respective firm and may help it to stay established in today’s competitive market.
