Without any doubt, "demonetisation" is the biggest news that India has given to the world in 2016.

If you are going restless, trying to get cash in a nation that is aiming to move towards a "cashless" economy and tired of hearing the "let's sacrifice" for the "surgical strikes on black money" argument, then AIB's latest offering The Demonetization Circus is what you need to see.

The seven-minutes and 58-second video is a satirical take on the situation that has virtually brought common people's life to a standstill across the country.

In the video, Tanmay Bhatt hurriedly uses banned notes by paying several months' salary to his servant in advance, while others across the country greet PM Narendra Modi's move with happy, not very happy and sad faces.

Next, follows the blame game—bankers blaming political masters and rich blaming poor and vice-versa. In the meantime, the poor servant tirelessly moves around to use the scrapped note.

But why can't you simply stand in a queue? Remember the armymen or just start singing Soldier, soldier. If you are not convinced with these arguments, then maybe you can try persuading the banker crooning Mujhe mil jo jaye thoda paisa!

Well, forget everything! Trust the prime minister as he will fix all the problems (at least he promises to) in three days or three weeks or 50 days or six months or maybe in 60 years!

Mitron, the AIB video shows the true picture—the pains of demonetisation are widely visible and the gains might not be as many as you think.
