AP, US to join hands for financial and infra growth

The governments of Andhra Pradesh and the US have agreed to set up a joint working group comprising members from the respective commerce departments to monitor ongoing projects and exchange views on regional and bilateral issues including co-operation and assistance on trade, investment, industry and business development.

The understanding for the collaborative was inked during the meeting of US assistant secretary for Trade Promotion, Arun Kumar with Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu.

"US Gov will support AP by way of knowledge sharing & introduction of global practices to speed up financial & infrastructural growth," tweeted Naidu.
