The CBI yesterday chargesheeted three persons, including two sitting Bihar MLAs, in the Rs 950-crore fodder scam case.
The chargesheet was filed in the special court of S K Lal yesterday afternoon against ruling Janata Dal MLA R K Rana, suspended Bhartiya Janata Party MLA Dhruv Bhagat and Girish Kumar Sinha, a private assistant to the former director of the animal husbandry department, Ram Raj Ram.
Both the MLAs are lodged in Beur jail here in connection with the case.

Yesterdays chargesheet was filed in case no R C-33 of Dumka district involving fraudulent withdrawal of approximately Rs 50 crore from the treasury.
All the accused have been charged under Section 120 (B) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and sections 409 (criminal breach of trust), 420 (cheating), 467 (forgery), 468 (forgery for the purpose of cheating) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13 (2) read with 13 (1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act (pecuniary gain by corrupt and illegal means).
The CBI had already chargesheeted six others in the same case.
