Frameboxx ties up with UK university

The approval from Anglia Ruskin University will not only add quality to the Frameboxx training programmes but also offer immense opportunities to the local animators for global jobs.

Frameboxx offers a wide array of courses featuring skill set specialisation at its core coupled with the industry internships at its unique incubation facility in Mumbai.

"The students of Frameboxx Animation and Visual Effects undergoing RedBoxx2 programme shall now receive 120 undergraduate credits from Anglia Ruskin University that can help them pursue further graduate studies abroad", informed Rajesh Turakhia, Managing Director, Frameboxx, which has 40 state-of-the-art academic centres across the country as of today.

Frameboxx offers a wide array of courses featuring skill set specialization at its core coupled with industry internships at its unique incubation facility in Mumbai.

As part of the expansion plans, the company is planning to open two more incubation centres in India especially in Delhi and Pune with an investment of Rs. 5 crore each by the end of this fiscal year.

Recently, it inaugurated its first-of-its-kind incubation facility in Versova, Mumbai, which would provide hands-on experience to the Frameboxx students after completion of their course, to work on live projects.

Also, it is planning to take the number of total centres to have 55- 60 across India from 40 at present. In addition to this, the company is also planning to open 3 overseas centres in Middle East, Singapore and Malaysia by the end of this fiscal year.

Recently former founder chairman and managing director of Adlabs, Manmohan Shetty, and Chandir Gidwani, promoter of Centrum Capital Ltd., have picked up a 51 per cent stake in Frameboxx Animation and Visual Effects, a premier animation training brand. The consortium of these two stakeholders will invest about Rs. 40 crore in next three years.

Speaking to Business Standard, Executive Director, Naveen Gupta said, " We have earmarked Rs. 7-8 crore this fiscal year to fund our expansion plans. We are planning to open new centres in Visakhapatnam, Hubli(West Bangal), Chennai, Jaipur, Calicut, Trivendrum, Bhubneshwar etc. "
