Fuel prices may be hiked today
Government sources confirmed that petroleum minister Murli Deora will be meeting Prime Minister Manmohan Singh might meet at 12.20 p m today to finalise the quantum of the hike.
"A hike is imminent since oil prices have been bleeding for some time.The situation is problematic and despite political opposition, something needs to be done", said a top government source.
