Taking charge as junior minister for corporate affairs, P P Chaudhary on Monday said the government was working towards protecting interests of all stakeholders including home buyers when an insolvency process is initiated against companies. On homebuyers moving the SC against the insolvency process of Jaypee Infratech, he told Business Standard, “These are micro issues which have to be examined.”
