A few weeks ago, it was Mumbai that was shattered by terror attacks at its prime business centres. Now, it's the national capital. An email sent by terrorists has warned the government of more attacks if the Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru is not freed. This is not the first time such a threat has been issued to India. Hence, there is a need to debate whether the delay in sending Afzal Guru and Ajmal Kasab to the gallows is giving terrorists an impetus to perpetrate more terror attacks. What do you think?
