One more minister resigns for Telangana

Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, infrastructure and investment minister in Andhra Pradesh, has quit the cabinet post protesting the Centre's inaction on the demand for separate statehood for Telangana despite the 19-day long general strike.

Reddy is the second minister to resign from the state cabinet on the issue after Jupally Krishna Rao resigned a couple of months ago from his endowments portfolio.
