A journalist accompanying Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on his way back home tried to draw out him on any plans for expansion of his Cabinet now that the Monsoon session of Parliament is coming.
"As far as the monsoon session and cabinet reshuffle is concerned, I think that press conferences are not the appropriate places to announce cabinet changes. When they are made, you will hear about it," he said.
Singh has always parried questions on Cabinet changes.
