Rs 14,000-cr base price will hike call rate: COAI

Telecom industry body Cellular Operators Association of India on Monday claimed the Rs 14,000-crore base price fixed for 5MHz by the Cabinet for auction of telecom spectrum will lead to 37-49 paise per minute increase in call tariffs.
