Security beefed up

Security has been considerably tightened in Ahmedabad ahead of the one-day international match.

Over 15,000 police personnel will be deployed in and around the stadium, and at the Taj Residency, where the players are staying.

"Security personnel would be deployed in and around the hotel. Public would not be allowed to meet the players," Sekhar Walwalkar, general manager, Taj Residency Ummed said.
