Sibal signs pact with Australia on education

Union Minister for Human Resource Development Kapil Sibal today signed a joint ministerial statement with Australia’s Minister for Education Julia Gillard to build on ties between the two countries’ schools, higher education, vocational studies and training.

The statement is the result of a commitment made in New Delhi last August to start an annual dialogue between the two ministers.
