SMEs bullish on third qtr, finds Survey

Small and medium enterprises are bullish on the third quarter of the current financial year, with the sector's Business Confidence Index showing a rise for October-December 2010, according to a Confederation of Indian Industry survey. The index is 1.4 times higher at 67 compared to the previous quarter.
