Tata Sons, one of the promoters of auto major Tata Motors, has revoked over 1.31 crore shares from the lenders, reducing the total stake pledged by the firm to 10.54 per cent.
In a disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Tata Motors said its promoter Tata Sons has got back 1.31 crore shares pledged by the entity.
After revoking the shares, the total stake pledged by Tata Sons stands at 10.54 per cent, the disclosure shows.
Shares of Tata Motors today closed at Rs 337.60, down 5.43 per cent on the BSE.
