Regulator asks Reliance, BSNL to clarify new schemes

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) has sought clarifications from Reliance Infocomm and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) on their latest wireless-in-local-loop (WLL) tariff schemes.

While Reliance has announced an entry fee of only Rs 501, BSNL is offering WLL handsets for Rs 20 a month.
