Wto To List Pending Implementation Issues

In an attempt to address the concerns of countries like India, the World Trade Organisation is planning to circulate this week a text on pending implementation issues from the Uruguay Round along with the draft ministerial text for the upcoming Doha meet.

Speaking at the informal general council meeting on the preparatory process for the ministerial conference of WTO members on September 20, general council chairman Stuart Harbinson said, there are signs of a possible agreement in key areas of interest to developing countries.
