'EC notice on Shah flawed'

The BJP on Tuesday claimed the Election Commission notice to the party and its senior functionary Amit Shah for alleged inflammatory remarks made during his election speeches in UP was based on an incorrect transcript. It accused the Samajwadi Party-run UP administration of inserting words like badla (revenge) in the transcript.
