Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Nitin Gadkari, who filed his nomination for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls in Nagpur on Saturday, said that he would finish pending tasks of the last 25 years in the next five years.
"I am in politics for the last 35 years in Nagpur, and our workers are working very hard for the upcoming elections. I will finish all the tasks that have been pending for the past 25 years in five years," said Gadkari.
"Nagpur is the heart of nation, and I would like to take Nagpur's prestige to a new high. I am sure that we will with our (NDA) government at the centre," he said.
"People have a faith in us and in our allies. I am very confident that I will perform well," said Gadkari.
